Refund and Credit Policies

Street Elements does not offer refunds, exchanges, or transfers of any deposits or fees for any reason, except in the case of an event cancellation by Monsters Dance.

If a registered and paid attendee is unable to attend an event, the following credit policy applies:

• Cancellation notice received before 11:59 PM on the day prior to the event start (Friday): A full credit for all fees paid will be issued to the registering account.

• Cancellation notice received on the first or second day of the event (Saturday or Sunday): No credit will be issued.

Credits can be used towards any future Street Elements Dance Summit registration and expire 12 months from the date of issue.

Credits may also be converted into a voucher for merchandise redemption at a Street Elements event.
